Mango GTM Advertising — LinkedIn ad campaign management built into MangoApps

MangoApps now includes a LinkedIn-first advertising platform as part of Mango GTM. Marketing and demand generation teams can design ad creatives in standard LinkedIn formats (1080×1920, 1200×1200, and 1200×627), build target audiences, submit creatives through an internal approval workflow, and push approved campaigns live to LinkedIn — all from a single platform. Campaign performance data syncs back automatically so teams can track results alongside their other go-to-market activity.

This removes the context-switching between ad platforms, approval threads, and asset libraries that typically slows campaign execution. Creative, audience, approval, and performance data live together, making it easier for small teams to run LinkedIn advertising at scale.

Use case: A marketing manager drafts three LinkedIn ad variants for an upcoming product launch, routes them through the design team for approval inside MangoApps, and publishes the approved campaign to LinkedIn — without emailing assets or switching tools.

Contracted Day-Off Patterns for Non-Standard Schedules — configurable weekly day-off patterns for irregular work schedules

Shifts & Schedules now supports per-employee, per-week day-off configurations for non-standard schedule types. For example, an employee on a biweekly 72-hour schedule can have Tuesday marked as their contracted day off in week one and Thursday in week two. These days surface as "OFF" indicators directly on the schedule board — visually parallel to approved leave — and the system raises a soft warning if a manager attempts to assign a shift on a day configured as a contracted day off.

This is particularly useful for organizations running compressed workweeks, rotating schedules, or shift patterns that do not align cleanly with a standard Monday-through-Friday model. Managers get the visibility they need to avoid accidental double-booking against contracted rest days, and employees can view their own day-off pattern on the availability page.

Use case: A hospital scheduling coordinator working with nurses on a rotating 3-on/4-off biweekly pattern can configure each nurse's contracted days off per week, then see those rest days on the board before building the next schedule — preventing inadvertent shift assignments on protected days.

GTM Proposals — centralized proposal tracking and approval in Mango GTM

Mango GTM now includes a dedicated Proposals tab that consolidates all proposals in a single view. Admins see additional Approvals and Analytics actions within the same tab, giving sales and revenue operations teams a clear audit trail and pipeline health view without navigating away from the GTM workspace. When prospecting is enabled, admins also get a direct link to the ICP Profile action. A new "New Campaign" button on the Plays index lets teams create campaigns in one click from the plays view, reducing the steps needed to move from a play to an active campaign.

These additions reduce the number of context switches required to manage a full sales motion — from identifying ideal customer profiles and running plays, to tracking proposals through approval and analyzing outcomes.

Use case: A revenue operations manager reviewing open proposals can approve a high-priority deal directly from the Proposals tab, then jump to the Analytics view to confirm how that deal fits into the current quarter's pipeline — without leaving Mango GTM.

Available in: Mango GTM → Proposals; Mango GTM → Plays → New Campaign
