Ask AI: Multi-Agent Routing — AI assistant routes questions to specialized agents for more accurate answers
Ask AI now supports agent-to-agent delegation, allowing the platform's AI to transparently hand off a question mid-conversation to the most qualified specialized agent — for example, routing a question that starts as a general query but requires deep HR policy knowledge directly to the HR agent. The system supports up to two delegation hops per turn, keeping responses fast while meaningfully expanding the range of questions that can be answered well. This benefits any employee who relies on Ask AI for self-service HR, IT, or operational questions.
Use case: An employee asks Ask AI a question that spans IT access and HR policy — rather than giving a generic answer, the assistant automatically routes to the appropriate specialist agent and returns a precise, policy-aware response.
