Historical Review Documents — Upload past performance reviews per employee

Admins can now upload PDF documents of previous performance reviews for any employee, making historical evaluation records accessible directly within the performance management workflow. When a manager or reviewer opens a current performance review or self-assessment, a sidebar panel displays any uploaded historical documents with a direct download link. This eliminates the need to track down past reviews in separate systems or file storage during review cycles.

Use case: A manager conducting an annual review can reference an employee's review from two years ago — uploaded by HR as a PDF — without leaving the performance review page.
