Bulk Performance Review Assignment — Assign performance reviews to multiple employees at once

Admins and super admins can now assign performance reviews to entire groups of employees in a single operation using a new 3-step wizard. The workflow lets you choose a review template and date range, filter and select employees by group or criteria, then preview and confirm assignments before they are created. The wizard handles edge cases like employees who already have an active review — admins can force-include them or assign an alternate reviewer — and a results page confirms exactly what was created.

Use case: An HR manager rolling out quarterly reviews can select all employees in a specific department, assign the standard template, and launch all reviews in under a minute — without creating each one individually.

Customizable Rating Scale Labels — Rename performance review rating levels to match your company language

Business admins can now override the default rating scale text — both the label (e.g., "Outstanding") and the supporting description — for every level on the performance review scale. Custom values apply consistently across all review surfaces: review forms, self-assessments, manager reviews, merit matrices, PDFs, and the analytics dashboard.

Use case: A company that uses the term "Exceeds Expectations" internally can replace the default "Outstanding" label and tailor the description to match their performance philosophy — without any custom development.

Inspections REST API — Programmatic access to inspection data and compliance summaries

The Inspections module now exposes a public REST API, giving integrations and reporting tools access to inspection records, templates, and dashboard compliance data. Endpoints support filtering, pagination, and structured JSON responses covering inspection status, scores, corrective actions, and scheduling information.

Use case: A safety manager using a third-party BI tool can pull live inspection completion rates and corrective action statuses directly into their dashboard without manual exports.
