Team-Based Scheduling with Scheduling Groups — organize workforce scheduling by named teams

Admins can now create named scheduling groups to organize employees into distinct scheduling teams — such as departments, zones, or shift crews. Schedule views gain team-based filters so managers see only the coverage relevant to their group, and a group-aware coverage dashboard surfaces workload and utilization metrics per team. Manager permissions can be scoped to specific groups, ensuring each team lead has visibility into exactly the employees they oversee without access to unrelated schedules.

Use case: A warehouse operations manager running a night crew can filter the schedule view to their team only, monitor coverage gaps on their group's dashboard, and assign shifts without seeing or affecting schedules for the day shift team.

Customizable Onboarding Flow with SSO Awareness — configure and streamline the employee onboarding wizard

Admins can now control which onboarding wizard steps are visible or hidden on a per-business basis through a dedicated admin settings page, allowing organizations to tailor the first-login experience to their specific setup. The wizard also applies SSO-aware logic: steps that are already handled by an organization's identity provider — such as profile fields or security setup — are automatically skipped, eliminating redundant prompts for employees who authenticate through SSO. The result is a focused, relevant onboarding flow that adapts to both the organization's configuration and the employee's authentication method.

Use case: A company using SSO for identity management can configure the onboarding wizard to skip the security setup and profile steps that their identity provider already handles, so new employees complete onboarding in fewer steps on their first day.
