Onboarding Plan Timeline View — visual employee onboarding timeline by phase
Managers can now view an onboarding plan as a structured, phase-based timeline that spans from Pre-boarding through Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, Months 2–3, and Beyond 90 Days. Tasks, forms, documents, and checkpoints are grouped within each phase, giving managers a clear picture of where a new hire stands at any point in their first 90 days. This replaces the need to manually track progress across scattered checklists and makes it easier to spot gaps or delays before they affect the new hire experience.
Use case: A hiring manager preparing for a new employee's first week opens the onboarding plan timeline, sees that two Day 1 tasks are still incomplete, and reaches out proactively — ensuring the new hire arrives to a smooth, organized start.
