Time Clock Kiosk — PIN-based shared device clock-in for frontline and back-office teams

Organizations with shared workstations or back-of-house devices can now deploy a dedicated Time Clock Kiosk so employees punch in and out without needing individual logins. Each employee authenticates with a personal encrypted PIN, and the kiosk session is scoped to a specific location — keeping attendance data accurate and isolated across sites. Built-in rate limiting and signed session tokens prevent abuse, while an optional post-punch feedback prompt lets employees log shift notes right at the clock.

Use case: A warehouse manager sets up a tablet near the loading dock as a kiosk; each worker walks up, enters their PIN, and clocks in — no shared passwords, no paper sign-in sheets.
