OTP Login (Login with Code) — passwordless employee login with one-time code via email or SMS

Employees can now log in using a 6-digit one-time code delivered by email or SMS, with no password required. Admins can enable this option from Security Settings, giving organizations a simpler and more secure authentication path — particularly useful for frontline workers who may not manage passwords regularly. Optional voice input support lets employees speak their code instead of typing it, accommodating accessibility needs or hands-free environments.

Use case: A warehouse manager enables Login with Code for their team so frontline employees can access their schedules and timecards from shared kiosks without needing to remember individual passwords.
