Safety Hub — Workplace safety management, OSHA compliance, and anonymous incident reporting

Safety Hub is a new app that consolidates workplace safety management into a single platform. It covers the full EHS workflow: employees and managers can report incidents and near-misses, log safety observations, schedule and track toolbox talks, and manage employee safety certifications with automated expiry reminders. Admins can monitor OSHA compliance obligations, generate summary reports, and use an AI-powered safety knowledge base to surface procedures, guides, and training content. A built-in public safety portal allows employees and visitors to submit incident reports anonymously, making it easier to capture safety concerns without fear of identification.

Use case: A plant safety manager can track an open incident investigation from first report through closure, assign investigators, send automated overdue alerts, and pull a weekly safety summary — all without leaving the platform.
