Bulk CSV Import for Employee Skills — bulk upload employee skills and certifications via CSV

HR admins can now import employee skills and certifications in bulk using a CSV file, eliminating the need to add records one at a time. Uploads are processed as a background job so large files do not block the admin interface, and the system validates required columns — including skill name and employee identifier — before processing begins. Admins receive an email notification when the import finishes, along with a summary of any rows that could not be processed.

Use case: An HR team onboarding 500 employees at once can upload a single CSV mapping each person's existing certifications and competencies, then let the system process it overnight while they continue other work.
