Former Employee Portal SMS Access — SMS delivery for former employee portal login tokens

Former employees can now receive their portal access token via SMS in addition to email, making it easier for those who no longer have access to a work email address to log in and retrieve documents or complete offboarding tasks. During offboarding, the employee's personal phone number is verified and stored, and the portal login page presents Email and SMS tabs so the former employee can choose how they receive their token. HR admins can also trigger email or SMS token delivery on demand directly from the offboarding plan page, with a full token delivery history visible alongside recent portal activity.

Use case: An HR manager offboards an employee who has already lost access to their work email — the manager sends the portal access token to the employee's personal mobile number with a single click, and the former employee logs in immediately to download their documents.
