AI-Powered SMART Goal Analysis — AI goal scoring against SMART criteria
When creating or editing goals in the performance management module (EPMS), employees and managers can now trigger an AI analysis that evaluates each goal against the SMART framework — Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. The analysis produces a score for each dimension alongside concrete suggestions for strengthening the goal. This removes the guesswork from goal-setting and helps teams write goals that are genuinely useful for performance reviews.
Use case: A team lead drafts a quarterly goal and runs the SMART analysis before submitting — the AI flags that the goal lacks a measurable success metric and suggests adding a specific target, saving the manager a back-and-forth review cycle.

Customizable Profile Change Approval Workflows — field-level approval rules for employee profile updates
HR admins can now configure approval workflows that activate when employees submit changes to their profile fields. Workflows can be scoped by individual field (such as job title, department, or salary) or by risk category, and can require supporting documentation or route through multiple approvers before the change takes effect. This gives organizations fine-grained control over which profile updates require oversight and which can be applied immediately.
Use case: An HR administrator sets up a workflow so that any change to an employee's compensation field automatically routes to a department head and HR director for approval, with the change held in pending status until both sign off.

Password Manager App — secure credential storage and sharing for teams
A new Password Manager app is now available in the platform. Teams can store credentials in organized categories, share them at the group or role level, and control who can view, edit, or share each entry. Every access event — including views, copies, and edits — is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. This provides a centralized, access-controlled alternative to spreadsheets or third-party tools for managing shared credentials inside the organization.
Use case: An IT administrator stores a set of shared service account credentials, grants access to the infrastructure team group, and uses the audit log to confirm which team members accessed the credentials before a security review.

Rehire Workflow for Former Employees — guided rehire process with history preservation
HR admins can now search for former employees and rehire them through a dedicated workflow. The process checks rehire eligibility, surfaces the employee's prior employment history, and reactivates the record in a single guided flow — without requiring manual data re-entry or workarounds. Employment history, prior records, and tenure data are preserved through the transition, giving HR teams a clean and auditable path to bring back returning employees.
Use case: A recruiter identifies a high-performing former employee who left voluntarily and initiates a rehire — the workflow confirms eligibility, displays the previous employment record, and reactivates the account with history intact, completing the process in minutes.
Available in: Talent Acquisition → Admin → Employee Directory → Rehire
