EEO Compliance Reporting Dashboard — EEO-1 reporting and diversity analytics for HR teams
HR administrators now have access to a dedicated EEO compliance dashboard within the Recruiting module. The dashboard includes four report types: EEO-1 category breakdowns, applicant flow analysis by job and stage, adverse impact analysis across protected classes, and diversity trend charts over time. This gives HR teams the visibility they need to monitor hiring equity, satisfy regulatory reporting requirements, and identify potential disparities before they become compliance issues.
Use case: An HR director preparing an annual EEO-1 submission can pull the report directly from the dashboard, review applicant flow by job category, and export the data — without needing a separate analytics tool or manual spreadsheet work.
Available in: Recruiting Dashboard → Reports → EEO Compliance
Job Alert Subscriptions & Digest Emails — notify candidates automatically when matching jobs are posted
Candidates can now subscribe to job alerts directly from the public job board. After subscribing, they receive email notifications when new positions matching their preferences are posted — with configurable frequency options: instant (within 15 minutes), daily digest, or weekly digest. Candidates can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through a self-service preferences page. This helps organizations stay in front of qualified candidates passively, without requiring them to check the job board manually.
Use case: A candidate interested in engineering roles subscribes to weekly alerts and receives a digest every Monday morning listing new openings — driving them back to apply without any recruiter outreach.
Available in: Job Board → Job Alerts → Subscribe
LinkedIn Sign-In for Job Board & Candidate Portal — one-click LinkedIn login for job applications and job alert subscriptions
Candidates can now authenticate using their LinkedIn account when subscribing to job alerts, applying to jobs, or accessing the candidate portal. On first sign-in, their LinkedIn profile picture and available profile data are automatically imported into their candidate record, reducing manual data entry. This lowers the friction of starting an application or setting up job alert preferences, which is particularly useful for candidates who are early in their job search and not ready to fill out a full application form.
Use case: A passive job seeker visits the careers page, clicks "Sign in with LinkedIn" to subscribe to alerts, and has their profile pre-populated — completing the process in under a minute without creating a separate account.
Available in: Job Board → Apply / Job Alerts → Sign in with LinkedIn
