AI Cultural Fit Score in Candidate Screening — AI-powered cultural fit scoring for job candidates

The AI recruiting agent now evaluates candidates across three dimensions — skills match, experience relevance, and cultural fit — and displays all three scores directly in the candidate list and detail views. Each score includes a detailed breakdown and tooltip explanations, so hiring teams can quickly understand why a candidate ranked the way they did. This gives recruiters and hiring managers a more complete, data-backed picture of each applicant without leaving the platform.

Use case: A hiring manager reviewing applicants for a customer-facing role can now see at a glance which candidates score highly on cultural fit alongside their technical qualifications, helping prioritize who to interview first.
