Career Portal Branding Customization — custom branded career portal for candidates
Businesses can now fully customize the look and feel of their public-facing career portal. Admins can upload a logo, set brand colors, add custom header and footer text, and inject custom CSS — all from a dedicated branding settings page. A live preview shows exactly how the portal will appear to candidates before publishing, and built-in accessibility validation ensures color contrast meets WCAG standards. This allows organizations to deliver a consistent, on-brand candidate experience from first job listing through application.
Use case: A recruiter at a mid-size company sets the career portal to match the company's brand colors and adds a branded header message — candidates arriving from job boards see a cohesive experience rather than a generic platform page.

Offer Negotiation & Counter-Offer Flow — candidate counter-offer and negotiation rounds for job offers
The offer management process now supports full two-way negotiation. Candidates can submit counter-offers from the candidate portal, and HR teams can respond with revised terms. Admins can configure the maximum number of negotiation rounds allowed per offer, and when a candidate's counter-offer is accepted, the updated compensation terms are automatically applied to the offer letter and a confirmation email is sent to the candidate. This reduces back-and-forth outside the platform and creates a clear, auditable negotiation record.
Use case: A hiring manager extends an offer, the candidate counter-proposes a higher salary, and the manager accepts the counter-offer directly in the platform — the offer letter is updated automatically and both parties receive email confirmation.
Available in: Offer Manager → Offer Settings → Negotiation Rounds
Two-Way SMS for Candidates — SMS reply commands for recruiting candidates
Recruiting teams can now enable two-way SMS communication with candidates via Twilio. Candidates who receive SMS notifications can reply with simple commands — YES to confirm, NO to decline, STATUS to check their application status, HELP for assistance, and STOP to opt out. Businesses can configure whether SMS operates in one-way (outbound only) or two-way (reply-enabled) mode. This makes it easier to reach and engage candidates who are more responsive to text messages than email.
Use case: A recruiter sends an interview confirmation via SMS; the candidate replies YES to confirm attendance — no email open or portal login required.
Available in: Job Board → General Settings → SMS Settings
Unified Candidate Portal — secure self-service portal for job candidates without login
Candidates now have a single, secure portal to manage their entire hiring journey — without needing to create an account. Accessed via a unique token link sent by email or SMS, the portal lets candidates view their application status, review and respond to job offers (accept, decline, or negotiate), and initiate onboarding steps. The token-based access eliminates friction for candidates who would otherwise abandon a multi-step account creation flow, and gives recruiting teams a single place to track candidate engagement.
Use case: A candidate receives an offer by email, clicks the portal link, reviews the offer letter, submits a counter-offer, and initiates onboarding documents — all without creating an account or remembering a password.
Available in: Offer Manager → Candidate Portal
