Offboarding Plans Management — centralized offboarding plan tracking for HR administrators

HR administrators can now manage all offboarding plans from a single, dedicated list view. The new view includes search, filters by status, and at-a-glance stats so teams can quickly understand the state of all active and completed offboarding efforts. The system also enforces a new validation that prevents multiple active offboarding plans from being created for the same employee, eliminating duplicate records and reducing administrative confusion.

Use case: An HR manager preparing for a wave of end-of-year departures can now open the offboarding plans list, filter by active plans, and confirm that every departing employee has exactly one plan in progress — without manually cross-referencing spreadsheets.
