Global Search with Ask AI — unified workplace search bar with AI escalation

A new global search bar in the top navigation provides instant lookahead results across people, tasks, performance reviews, goals, documents, and recruiting items — all from a single input. Results appear as you type with keyboard navigation support, so employees no longer need to know which module holds a piece of information before searching for it. When the built-in results are not enough, a prominent "Ask AI" option hands the query directly to the Ask AI assistant, reframing it as a natural-language question for a more conversational answer.

Use case: An HR manager searching for a specific employee's performance review can type a name in the nav bar, see matching records immediately, and — if they need broader context — escalate to Ask AI without leaving the current page.
