ACA 1095-C Form Generation — IRS Form 1095-C bulk generation for ACA compliance

HR administrators can now generate, manage, and download IRS Form 1095-C for all eligible employees directly within the platform — no external tools or manual processes required. The feature supports bulk generation with background job processing and real-time progress tracking, as well as Form 1094-C transmittal generation for submission to the IRS. This eliminates a significant manual compliance burden for benefits and HR teams managing Affordable Care Act reporting obligations each year.

Use case: An HR manager can select all full-time employees at year-end, trigger bulk 1095-C generation, download the completed forms as PDFs, and produce the 1094-C transmittal — all without leaving the platform.

Employee Goal Deletion — employee self-service goal management

Employees can now delete goals they own, giving them greater control over their personal performance management without requiring manager intervention. The deletion is safely guarded: goals that are linked to an active performance review or that have been fully approved cannot be deleted, preserving the integrity of review cycles and approval workflows. The option is available from the goal index, detail, and side panel views with a confirmation prompt.

Use case: An employee who created a goal early in the year that is no longer relevant can remove it before their next review cycle, keeping their goal list accurate and focused.

Wellness Programs and Activities — employee wellness tracking with participation and points

Admins can now create structured wellness programs with defined activities — including step challenges, workout logging, health screenings, and more — that employees can join and participate in throughout the year. Employee participation is tracked with a points system, and programs can be configured to offer premium discounts tied to engagement levels, giving organizations a meaningful incentive to drive healthy behaviors. The feature includes both an admin management interface for program setup and an employee-facing interface for joining programs and logging activity.

Use case: A benefits administrator sets up an annual wellness challenge with step tracking and biometric screening activities — employees log participation through the platform and earn points toward a health insurance premium discount at renewal.
