Notices can be targeted to specific employee groups, sent on a defined schedule, and tracked for acknowledgment — with automated reminders sent to employees who have not yet confirmed receipt. An audit dashboard gives administrators a full record of notice delivery and acknowledgment status, supporting regulatory requirements for benefits disclosures.

Use case: An HR manager needs to distribute an annual HIPAA notice to all benefits-eligible employees — they create the notice, schedule the send date, and the platform automatically follows up with employees who have not acknowledged it, eliminating manual tracking spreadsheets.
