AI Conversational Ticket Creation — File a support ticket through chat without leaving Ask AI
The Ask AI assistant can now recognize when an employee is trying to report an issue or request help, and guide them through creating a support ticket as part of the conversation. Rather than switching to a separate form, employees answer a series of questions directly in the chat — the assistant collects the necessary details and submits the ticket on their behalf. This removes friction from the support request process and keeps employees in a single, familiar interface.
Use case: An employee asks Ask AI about a broken laptop and, instead of being redirected to a form, is guided through describing the issue conversationally — the ticket is created automatically by the end of the chat.
