AI Notepad — AI-powered meeting notes with transcription and cross-meeting search
AI Notepad is a new app that turns meeting recordings, audio files, and pasted text into structured, searchable knowledge. After uploading or pasting a meeting, AI Notepad transcribes the content, generates a summary with action items and key insights, and indexes it so you can search across all your meetings at once. It also supports chat-style Q&A against individual meetings, audio overview generation, and organized notebooks for grouping related meetings together.
Use case: A product manager uploads recordings from a week of customer calls and asks AI Notepad to surface all mentions of a specific pain point — getting a consolidated answer in seconds instead of scrubbing through hours of audio.

AI Sheets — AI-powered collaborative spreadsheets with LLM column suggestions and public sharing
AI Sheets is a new app that provides a fast, spreadsheet experience with AI built in. Users can create a sheet and either define columns manually or describe what they want to track in plain language — AI generates a matching column schema instantly. Sheets support multiple collaborators, CSV import and export, row-level validation, and a public access link for sharing read-only views outside the organization.
Use case: An operations lead types "track vendor contacts with company, role, last contact date, and contract status" and immediately gets a correctly structured sheet — ready to start entering data without any manual column setup.

E-Signature Workflow Improvements — Start from a template and schedule delivery for eSignature requests
Two improvements to the eSignature request workflow reduce the steps required to send common documents. First, users can now select a saved template directly on the new request form — selecting it pre-fills the signer roles and automatically applies the template's field layout, removing the need to navigate to a separate page to apply a template after creation. Second, admins sending a request can now specify a future date and time for delivery rather than sending immediately, allowing documents to be prepared in advance and sent at the right moment.
Use case: An HR coordinator preparing offer letters on a Friday afternoon sets them to deliver Monday morning — the requests are fully configured and sent automatically without any manual follow-up.
