Bulk Schedule Wizard & Shift Copy — create multiple weekly schedules at once and replicate shifts across weeks

Managers can now build several weeks of schedules in a single session using a guided bulk creation wizard, instead of building each week's schedule individually. Once shifts exist, the new shift copy tool replicates them to future weeks with automatic date-offset adjustment, preserving roles, times, and assignments without manual re-entry. This is particularly valuable for operations teams that run repeating or rotating schedules across a large frontline workforce.

Use case: A retail operations manager sets up a standard weekly rotation for 50 employees and uses the bulk wizard to publish the next six weeks of schedules in one pass, then copies a holiday coverage pattern from last year with a single action.

MangoApps User Sync Integration — automatic employee record synchronization from MangoApps

Administrators can now configure a direct sync between MangoApps and the workforce platform so that employee records — new hires, role changes, and departures — stay current automatically on a scheduled basis. Once configured, the sync runs in the background without requiring manual CSV exports or imports, reducing administrative overhead and the risk of stale account data. This integration is designed for organizations that manage their primary employee directory in MangoApps and want the workforce platform to reflect it in real time.

Use case: An HR administrator onboards ten new employees in MangoApps — their accounts appear in the workforce platform automatically overnight, ready for scheduling and timekeeping without any manual steps.
