Communications Planner — AI-assisted internal communications calendar for HR teams

HR and communications teams can now plan the entire year of internal communications in one place with the new Communications Planner. The tool provides a full-year visual calendar, a library of preset templates organized by category (seasonal campaigns, compliance reminders, leadership messages, and more), AI-powered idea generation to fill gaps in your calendar, bulk CSV import for importing events from spreadsheets, and ICS export to sync the plan with any calendar application. Items can be dragged from a backlog onto the calendar, reassigned across dates, and soft-deleted with a 30-day recovery window.

Use case: A corporate communications manager planning the year's all-hands announcements, benefits enrollment reminders, and holiday campaigns can generate a draft calendar from a preset template, fill in gaps using AI suggestions, then export the final plan to Outlook or Google Calendar to share with stakeholders.
