OKR Approval Workflow — require manager approval for OKR objectives
OKR Hub now supports a full approval workflow for objectives at any level — company, department, team, or individual. Admins can enable approval requirements per level in settings, after which employees submit their objectives for review rather than activating them directly. Managers can approve or reject submissions with a written reason, and both parties receive email notifications at each step, keeping the process transparent and accountable.
Use case: A department head configures team-level OKRs to require approval, so employees draft and submit their objectives for review — the manager approves or sends them back with feedback before any objectives go live.

Service Desk Custom Request Types — build a tailored internal service catalog
Admins can now define their own request types and categories in the Service Desk, creating a custom service catalog that reflects how their organization actually works. Instead of being limited to built-in system defaults, employees see a curated list of ticket options relevant to their company's IT, HR, facilities, or other support functions. Custom types are fully managed through the settings UI with create, edit, and delete controls.
Use case: An IT admin adds request types for "VPN Access Request" and "Hardware Replacement" under a custom "IT Support" category, so employees always see relevant options instead of a generic default list.
