SOP Hub — Standard operating procedures management with QR codes, completion tracking, and AI summaries

SOP Hub is a new dedicated app for creating, organizing, and publishing standard operating procedures and procedure manuals across your organization. Employees can access SOPs through a public self-service portal or by scanning a QR code posted at a workstation or facility — no login required for public SOPs. Managers can track completion across teams, send automated reminders, and generate compliance reports, while AI-generated summaries and multi-language translations make complex procedures accessible to every employee regardless of role or location.

Use case: A manufacturing operations manager publishes machine operation SOPs with QR codes affixed to each station — floor workers scan the code to view the current procedure on their phone, and the manager receives a real-time completion report showing who has reviewed and acknowledged each SOP.
