Policy Hub — HR policy management, employee handbook publishing, and tracked acknowledgments

The new Policy Hub app gives HR teams a dedicated workspace for creating, versioning, and publishing company policies and employee handbooks. Every policy update is tracked with a full version history and side-by-side diff view, so administrators can see exactly what changed between revisions. Employees are prompted to acknowledge policies on a configurable schedule, and HR can monitor completion rates through acknowledgment reports. For global organizations, policies can be translated into multiple languages using AI-assisted translation, ensuring employees receive content in their preferred language. When relevant employment laws change, the platform automatically flags policies that may need revision and notifies administrators.

Use case: An HR manager updates the company's remote work policy, publishes the new version, and automatically sends acknowledgment requests to all employees — with a completion dashboard showing who has and has not signed off.
