Native E-Signature Platform — send and sign documents without leaving the platform
Organizations can now collect legally binding signatures on any document entirely within the platform, eliminating the need for a separate e-signature service. Senders use a built-in PDF field editor to place signature, initials, date, text, checkbox, radio, and dropdown fields directly on uploaded documents, then route them to one or more signers in a defined sequence — each signer is notified automatically when it is their turn. Identity is verified via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to the signer's email or phone, and a tamper-evident audit certificate with optional RFC 3161 trusted-timestamp authority (TSA) anchoring is generated automatically when all parties have signed. The completed, signed PDF is delivered to all parties and stored in the platform.
Use case: An HR manager sends an updated employment agreement to a new hire, a department head, and legal for sequential countersignature — each party verifies their identity via OTP, signs in order, and the fully executed document is archived automatically without any files leaving the platform.
