Advanced OKR Reports with PDF Export — OKR goal reporting with executive summary, team performance, and quarterly review exports

OKR Hub now includes a dedicated advanced reports section that goes beyond basic goal tracking to deliver structured, executive-ready analysis. Three report formats are available: an executive summary with org-wide OKR health and trend charts, a team performance report with completion rates and status breakdowns by level, and a quarterly review report suited for leadership check-ins and board presentations. All three formats support advanced filtering by department, job title, and position, and can be exported to PDF or Excel with a single click — no external tools required.

Use case: A VP of Operations preparing for a quarterly business review can pull a PDF of the team performance report filtered by department, share it with senior leadership, and walk through goal completion trends without exporting data to a spreadsheet or building slides from scratch.
