No Writes
Zero write tools. Capturing a round, skipping someone, or changing an issue's status happens in the app, where the full validation and audit chain runs.
No Privilege Escalation
Every tool answers from the asker's own visibility — a leader sees their subtree, an employee sees their own rounds. Nobody can ask their way into someone else's team.
No Private Notes
A leader's private notes are not available to the assistant at all — the strictest reading of the app's two-tier visibility model.
