  • Do I have to sign long-term contract or can I cancel anytime?

    On business edition of our applications and packages, you do not have to sign any long-term contract. You can pay month to month and cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
  • How do I automatically get the best price on business plan?

    For our SMB customers, our low per user pricing makes the decision to get started with business edition a no-brainer. As you grow, we automatically apply tier-based discounts so your per-user pricing decreases as more users are added. You never have to worry about paying extra or think about adjusting plans.
    On business edition of our applications, we automatically offer 5% additional discount at each tier when total number of active users reach 25+, 50+ and 100+. e.g. here is a breakdown of how tiered discouting will work if you, let's say, had 226 users and the price of the package you signed-up for is $12/user/mo:
    User 1 to 25 User 26 to 50 User 51 to 100 User 101+
    $12/user/mo $11.40/user/mo $10.80/user/mo $10.20/user/mo
    25 * $12
    = $300
    25 * $11.40
    = $285.00
    50 * $10.80
    = $540.00
    126 * $10.20
    = $1285.20
    Total for 226 users = $300 + $284 + $540 + $1,285 = $2,410/mo
    Avg. monthly cost per user = Just $10.66/month

  • How much storage is included?

    There is 10GB of storage per user, and the total amount of storage is aggregated. If you require additional storage, we are happy to add more for a small fee.
  • Do you charge anything for guest users?

    You get 5 guest users for every network user for free (e.g. if you have 100 network users, you can add up to 500 total guest users for free). In addition, the maximum number of guest users in a team is limited to total number of network users in the domain . If you need more guest users, please contact us.
  • We have over 100,000 users around the world. Can your system scale?

    Absolutely! MangoApps is designed to support the largest enterprise on the planet and can easily scale both horizontally and vertically.
  • What services do you offer to ensure a successful rollout?

    We approach all sales as a partnership. For our enterprise customers, as you begin planning your MangoApps roll-out, your dedicated customer success manager will help you with branding, setup, onboarding, training, support and ongoing care included in your agreement. For SMB customers, you can purchase the onboarding and branding add-on to help with rollout.
  • Where is my data hosted?

    We use Amazon AWS for all of our computing needs. Based on your location and regulatory needs, shared cloud customers can pick one of the five AWS data centers during sign-up. For private cloud customers, we can host your data at the AWS data center of your choice.
  • How often do you make new releases? What if we need a new feature?
