Spend Approvals Dashboard Card — Approve expense reports directly from the dashboard

Managers and approvers can now act on pending expense and pre-approval requests from a dedicated card on the home dashboard, without navigating away. Each row shows the submission details with an Approve button for straightforward decisions, and a Review link for requests that need a closer look. The card counts are accurate and always scoped to what the viewer can actually act on — requests the viewer themselves submitted are excluded.

Use case: A regional manager opens their dashboard Monday morning, sees three pending reimbursements and one pre-approval, approves two directly from the card, and opens the third to check receipts — all without leaving the home screen.

Per-group Sidebar Color Customization — Differentiate user personas with distinct sidebar colors

Administrators can now assign a custom left-rail color to any user group, independently of the tenant-wide theme. When an employee belongs to a group with an override — such as an admins group set to navy while the rest of the organization keeps the tenant's default green — they see the distinct color as soon as they log in. Color assignments are saved as part of theme presets, so the override survives a brand refresh or a "Reset to defaults" without extra steps.

Use case: A company wants administrators to immediately recognize when they are browsing with admin privileges versus a standard account. Setting the admin group's sidebar to a distinct dark color gives an instant visual cue, reducing the risk of making changes in the wrong context.

Password Manager Access Review Export — Download password access audit logs for compliance reporting

Security administrators can now export a complete, time-stamped record of password access reviews from the Password Manager as a CSV file. Each row captures who accessed which credential, when the review took place, and the outcome — giving security and compliance teams the raw data they need for audits, without requiring a manual export from a database.

Use case: A security officer preparing for an annual SOC 2 audit needs to demonstrate that all shared credentials were reviewed quarterly. They export the access review log as a CSV and provide it directly to the auditor.
