Email Approvals for AI Autonomous Actions — Approve or reject AI actions directly from your inbox
Administrators overseeing AI-driven workflows can now approve or reject pending autonomous actions straight from email — no login required. Each approval email contains signed decision links that route securely through the platform, so a workforce manager reviewing a flagged scheduling change or a leave decision can act on it in seconds from any device. Stale approvals that go unaddressed are automatically expired by a new scheduled sweep, preventing outdated AI actions from executing against stale reality.
Use case: A shift manager receives an email digest of three pending AI-proposed schedule changes, reviews them over coffee, and approves two while rejecting one — all before opening the platform.

Redesigned Performance Management Dashboard — A consolidated view of reviews, goals, and team performance
The Performance Management home screen is now a module-composed summary that adapts to which modules your organization has enabled — showing active reviews, goal progress, 360 feedback requests, and continuous feedback in a single, scannable dashboard. Review history and goal history have moved onto dedicated My Reviews and My Goals pages, giving employees a richer, focused view of their full performance record. Managers gain a Team section with coverage gaps, stalled goals, and overdue review rows, plus one-click nudge actions for pending self-assessments and goal submissions.
Use case: A people manager opens Performance Management and immediately sees which team members have overdue self-assessments, sends a nudge with one click, and checks their own open review — all from the same page.
Available in: Employee Performance Management → Dashboard → My Reviews / My Goals / Team
Reviewer Notes at the Final Approval Step — Leave a closing note for the employee or a private leadership record at approval time
When a manager reaches the final approval step of a performance review, they can now add a note for the employee (appended to the Overall Performance Summary the employee can see) and a separate private leadership note visible only to the leadership team — without leaving the review page. Both fields use the platform's rich-text editor and expand inline via native disclosure toggles. The approval step becomes a natural moment to capture context, recognize effort, or flag development themes before the review is closed.
Use case: A director approves a year-end review and uses the new private note field to record a promotion recommendation for the leadership team, then adds a brief closing message for the employee — both captured at the moment of approval, with no copy-paste into a separate document.
Available in: Employee Performance Management → Performance Reviews → Final Approval Card
