Contests — Workplace competitions with leaderboards, prizes, and prediction brackets

Contests is a new marketplace app that brings structured, episodic competition to the workforce platform. Admins can run three types of contests: metric-based competitions (scored automatically from real work activity such as shift pickups, training completions, or safety observations), submission contests (photo or story entries with community voting and judge panels), and prediction contests (pick-em and bracket formats where participants forecast outcomes across a series of events). All prizes flow through the existing points economy — redeemable in the Company Store — and badges are awarded through the platform's Levels & Badges system, so Contests adds a competitive layer without introducing a separate reward silo. Twenty-four out-of-the-box templates covering engagement, safety, learning, culture, operations, and seasonal themes are included from day one, and admins can save any contest as a reusable template for their own team.

Use case: A safety manager launches a "June Safety Championship" using the built-in template, scores it automatically from safety observation submissions over the month, and awards the top three finishers with recognition badges — no manual tallying required.

Muscle Memory — Dedicated app dashboard for managing AI memory

Muscle Memory — the platform's persistent AI memory system — has been promoted from a shared Ask AI settings page to its own standalone app with a tabbed dashboard. Admins and employees now have separate, purpose-built views: Business Memory (organization-wide context the AI draws on for every employee), Personal Memory (individual preferences and history), Analytics (usage and recall trends), and Settings (sample data and configuration). Previously, all of this lived on a single combined page within Ask AI, which made it difficult to audit, delegate, or navigate. The new structure makes it straightforward for admins to review what the AI knows, control what it retains, and monitor how that knowledge is being used.

Use case: An IT admin needs to audit what business context Ask AI is using before a company-wide rollout — they open Muscle Memory, review the Business Memory tab, and remove any outdated entries without touching personal memories.

Describe-to-Build Automations — Plain-language automation authoring with AI drafting

The automations builder now opens with a "Describe an automation" prompt. Admins type a single sentence describing what they want to automate, and the platform's AI drafts the workflow steps — triggers, conditions, and actions — for review before anything is saved. The drafted steps open directly in the visual builder, where admins can adjust, add, or remove steps as needed. This removes the blank-canvas problem for teams that know what outcome they want but are less familiar with the step-by-step builder syntax, making no-code automation authoring accessible to a wider range of administrators.

Use case: An HR admin types "Send a welcome message to new hires on their first day and assign them the onboarding checklist" — the AI drafts the trigger, delay, and action steps, and the admin publishes after a quick review.
