Board View for Schedules with Drag-and-Drop Shift Management — visual drag-and-drop shift scheduling by person and day
Scheduling managers can now toggle to a Board View on any schedule page, presenting a person-by-day grid where each row is a team member and each column is a day of the week. Shifts can be dragged between employees and across days with a confirmation step, and an "Unassigned" row at the top makes it easy to spot and fill open coverage gaps without navigating to a separate page. The view preference is saved locally, so managers return to their preferred layout on every visit.
Use case: A floor supervisor notices three unassigned shifts for the weekend in the Unassigned row, drags each one onto the right team members, and confirms the assignments — all from the same schedule page they were already viewing.

Service Desk Trending Themes Analytics with AI Clustering — discover what employees are really asking about with AI-powered theme detection
The Service Desk analytics dashboard now identifies genuine trending themes by clustering ticket keywords and bigrams across a date range — surfacing named patterns like "Password Reset" or "VPN Connectivity" rather than just raw request-type counts. Themes can optionally be labeled using AI for clearer readability, and a new category filter at the top of the analytics page scopes all reports — including trending themes — to a specific request type. This gives IT and operations teams actionable insight into what issues are recurring and where to invest in self-service or process improvements.
Use case: An IT manager filters the Service Desk analytics to "IT Support" and immediately sees that "Password Reset" and "VPN Connectivity" are the top two themes for the month — giving them concrete data to prioritize a self-service password reset tool.

Software Asset Management in Asset Pro — track SaaS subscriptions, desktop apps, and server licenses alongside hardware
Asset Pro now supports software assets in addition to hardware, enabling IT and operations teams to manage the full scope of organizational assets in one place. Software entries can capture publisher, version, license key, license type (per-seat, per-device, site-wide, concurrent, subscription, or perpetual), seat counts, and subscription lifecycle dates. A compliance gauge on each software asset shows license utilization at a glance, and seats can be allocated to and released from employees directly within the asset record. Admins can configure which sections appear on asset detail and form pages, and department assignment is available across both hardware and software assets. New filter toggles on the asset index let teams view Hardware, Software, or all assets together.
Use case: An IT administrator adds the company's project management SaaS subscription to Asset Pro, sets the licensed seat count, assigns seats to each department, and immediately sees a compliance gauge showing that 87 of 100 licenses are in use — enabling a timely renewal decision before the next billing cycle.
Available in: Asset Pro → Assets → Software (filter toggle) / Asset Detail → License Allocation
