Per-Shift Location Assignment for Multi-Location Schedule Templates — assign locations to template shifts before creating a schedule

When applying a schedule template to a team that works across multiple locations, managers can now assign each individual template shift to a specific location before the schedule is finalized. A new "Configure Locations" step appears during template application, presenting all template shifts in a focused modal where managers can assign locations one by one, use bulk select to apply a location to a group of shifts, or let AI suggest assignments based on shift names. Single-location teams see no change to their existing workflow. This eliminates the previous limitation where all template shifts defaulted to a single target location, making schedule templates genuinely useful for multi-site operations.

Use case: A retail operations manager applies a weekly schedule template to a team split across three store locations — instead of manually editing every shift after creation, they assign locations in bulk before confirming, and the fully configured schedule is created in one step.

Recurring Tickets in Service Desk — automatically generate repeating service desk tickets on a schedule

Admins and agents can now configure service desk tickets to recur at defined intervals — daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule — with the platform automatically creating each follow-up ticket without any manual action. Each recurrence is tracked as a linked instance, giving teams a clear history of recurring work. This is particularly valuable for compliance checks, routine maintenance requests, and any operational task that happens on a predictable cadence but previously required someone to remember to file a new ticket each time.

Use case: A facilities manager sets up a recurring ticket for weekly fire extinguisher inspection — the platform creates and assigns the ticket automatically every Monday, ensuring the task is never missed and the audit trail is always complete.
