Libraries Tree View — hierarchical browsing for document libraries

The Libraries app now offers a tree view mode alongside the existing modern and classic layouts. Documents and folders are displayed as a collapsible, nested hierarchy, making it easier to navigate large or deeply structured libraries at a glance. Users can expand and collapse branches inline without losing their place, and admins can set the tree view as the default for their organization. Drag-to-reorder remains available in the other view modes.

Use case: A compliance manager maintaining a large policy library can switch to tree view to quickly locate a nested subfolder without scrolling through a flat grid of cards.

Service Desk Dashboard Widgets — ticket queue and support launcher on the home feed

Two new Service Desk widgets now appear on the home dashboard. The first is a role-aware ticket list: employees see their own open tickets, managers see pending approvals, and agents see tickets assigned to them — all in a single tabbed card limited to the most urgent items. The second widget is a quick-launch pad for submitting new requests, surfacing enabled request types as tiles alongside an AI-assisted support chat button when Ask AI is enabled. Both widgets are also available to mobile clients.

Use case: A field manager starts their day on the home feed and immediately sees three pending approval requests in the Service Desk widget, approving them without navigating away.

Open Colleague Profile Viewing — employee directory accessible to all staff

All authenticated employees can now view any colleague's profile, regardless of their role. Previously, profile access was restricted by permission level, which blocked some employees from looking up basic information about co-workers. Access is still scoped to the organization — users outside the business cannot view profiles.

Use case: A new hire looks up their onboarding buddy's profile to find their department and contact information without needing a manager-level account.
