Implementation Hub: Collaboration Suite — Project milestone comments, reactions, @mentions, and email notifications
Implementation Hub projects now include a full collaboration layer for managing onboarding and implementation engagements. Team members and customers can post comments on individual milestones, react to project updates, and @mention colleagues to draw attention to specific items. Files and documents can now be attached directly to project updates and are automatically stored as project documents — with image previews available via a built-in lightbox. Automated email notifications alert stakeholders when milestone due dates approach or project activity requires attention, keeping everyone aligned without manual follow-up.
Use case: An implementation manager posts a project update with a configuration file attached — the customer contact is notified by email, views the file directly in the project timeline, and checks off the milestone task assigned to them.
Available in: Implementation Hub → Project → Milestones / Updates
Service Desk: Request Type Deep Links — Link directly to a specific service request form
The Service Desk now supports deep links that open a specific request type automatically. When a URL includes a type parameter, the sidepanel opens pre-loaded to that request form — no extra clicks needed. This makes it easy to embed direct "Submit a request" links in emails, HR portals, intranet pages, or manager guides, reducing friction for employees submitting common requests.
Use case: An HR manager includes a link in the company handbook that takes employees directly to the "Time Off Request" form in Service Desk, opening it immediately on page load.
Available in: Service Desk (accessible via deep link URL with ?type= parameter)
Libraries: Admin Reorder — Control the display order of content libraries
Workspace administrators can now drag and reorder libraries to control the sequence in which they appear to employees. Previously, library order was fixed; admins can now surface the most relevant or frequently used libraries at the top for their teams, improving content discoverability across the workspace.
Use case: A learning and development admin moves the "New Hire Essentials" library to the top of the list so it appears first for all employees during onboarding season.
Available in: Libraries → Admin View → Reorder
