Workforce Bots & AI Graders — AI-powered employee chatbots and content quality analysis for HR and operations teams

Workforce Bots is a new app that gives organizations two complementary capabilities: deploy custom AI chatbots trained on company documents so employees can get instant answers to workplace questions, and run AI graders that evaluate the quality of internal content — including employee handbooks, standard operating procedures, job descriptions, internal communications, and intranet pages. Each grader produces a scored report with specific, prioritized improvement recommendations, giving HR, communications, and operations teams a clear picture of where their content needs work and why.

The chatbot side supports multi-document retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), meaning each bot can be trained across multiple uploaded files and will draw from all of them to answer employee questions accurately. The grader side covers five distinct content types — handbooks, SOPs, job descriptions, communications, and intranet content — each evaluated against its own scoring rubric. Admins receive weekly analytics on bot usage and are notified when reports are ready, keeping oversight simple without requiring manual monitoring.

Use case: An HR director uploads the employee handbook and three SOPs to the Workforce Bot grader, receives a scored report flagging unclear compliance language and outdated policy references, and shares the prioritized recommendations with the team — all without leaving the platform.

Available in: Workforce Bots → Bots (employee chatbots) and Graders (handbook, SOP, job description, communications, intranet analysis)
