Google Calendar Integration — sync work schedules to Google Calendar automatically

Employees can now connect their Google Calendar to MangoApps Workforce to keep their work schedule in sync without any manual effort. Once connected, the integration creates a dedicated MangoApps calendar in the user's Google account and automatically pushes shifts, time-off entries, interviews, and training events as they are scheduled or updated. The integration uses minimal OAuth scopes to respect user privacy, writing only to its own calendar rather than reading or modifying personal events.

Use case: A frontline employee connects their Google Calendar once, and from that point forward their shift assignments and approved time-off appear automatically in the calendar app they already use every day — no duplicate entry, no missed shifts.
