Custom Job Application Forms — Collect business-specific information during job applications
Employers can now attach custom form templates to individual job postings, prompting applicants to fill out additional fields beyond the standard application during the application process. Once submitted, all custom form responses are displayed directly on the candidate's profile page, giving hiring managers the context they need without switching tools. This is particularly valuable for organizations that require role-specific screening questions, compliance disclosures, or pre-qualification data as part of their hiring workflow.
Use case: A healthcare organization posting a clinical role can require applicants to answer licensing and availability questions through a custom form, with responses immediately visible when reviewing candidates.

Interactive Org Chart with Search — Navigate large org structures with search and lazy loading
The organization chart now loads content lazily via AJAX, significantly improving performance for large organizations with deep hierarchies. A built-in keyword search lets users find any employee and automatically expands the manager chain to show where they sit in the hierarchy. Individual branches can be expanded or collapsed on demand, making it practical to explore even the largest org structures without overwhelming the view.
Use case: An HR business partner searching for a recently promoted analyst can type the employee's name, instantly see their position in the hierarchy, and navigate up to their management chain — all without waiting for the full chart to load.

Priority Hiring Funnels & Applicant Pools — Structured, compliance-driven hiring with eligibility rules and ranked candidate pools
Recruiters can now create Priority Hiring Funnels that define structured eligibility criteria and ranking rules for evaluating candidates, supporting organizations that must follow regulated or policy-driven hiring processes. Alongside this, Applicant Pools allow recruiters to group and manage sets of candidates for specific roles or programs — ideal for organizations running internal mobility programs, union hiring, or other compliance-bound recruiting workflows.
Use case: A government contractor running a priority placement program can configure an applicant pool with eligibility rules, automatically rank qualifying candidates, and ensure the hiring funnel follows required evaluation steps before moving to an offer.
