iCal Calendar Feed Subscription — subscribe to your work schedule in any calendar app

Employees can now subscribe to their shift and work schedule directly in Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Google Calendar using a secure, signed iCal feed URL. The feed updates automatically as schedules change, so employees always see their latest shifts alongside personal appointments — without needing to log in to check their schedule. Shift notification emails and interview invites also now include .ics attachments for one-click calendar import.

Use case: A frontline employee adds their MangoApps shift feed to Apple Calendar once, and their schedule appears alongside their personal events and stays current as the manager updates future shifts.
