Group-Based App Access Control — Control which employee groups can access each app
Admins can now manage app visibility at the group level directly from the app marketplace admin panel. Using a dedicated access management interface, administrators can add or remove visibility rules per app — granting access to specific employee groups and revoking it when roles or organizational structures change. This gives organizations precise control over which teams see which tools, without having to configure access through indirect workarounds.
Use case: An IT administrator wants to make a safety reporting app visible only to warehouse staff — they can now target that specific employee group from the admin panel and exclude all other groups in seconds.
Available in: Administration → App Marketplace → Access Management
Leave Balances in Hours or Days — Display time off balances in the unit configured per leave type
Employee time off balances now reflect the unit — hours or days — configured for each individual leave type. Employees viewing their leave tab or time off balance cards will see available, used, pending, and total balances expressed in whichever unit their organization has set for that policy. This eliminates confusion for organizations that track certain leave types in hours, such as part-time worker accruals or hourly sick time policies.
Use case: A part-time employee accruing sick time in hours can now see their actual balance displayed as "14 hours available" rather than a decimal-day approximation.
Available in: Time & Attendance → Employee Profile → Time Off / Leave Tab
