OKR Hub — Objectives & Key Results tracking with cascading goals and AI-assisted planning

MangoApps now includes a dedicated OKR Hub where teams can define Objectives and Key Results, cascade goals across the organization, and track progress through structured check-ins. The hub connects individual contributor tasks all the way up to company-level objectives, giving managers and executives a clear view of alignment and momentum. Built-in at-risk detection, weekly digest notifications, and reporting tools mean teams can act on lagging OKRs before they derail.

Key capabilities included in this release:

• Cascading goal structure — Objectives flow down to Key Results, Goals, and Tasks, with a visual cascade tree for navigating alignment across the org
• Check-ins — Structured progress updates on Key Results with calendar scheduling, pending review tracking, and automated reminders
• AI-assisted planning — AI suggestions during OKR creation to help teams write measurable Key Results and realistic targets
• Initiatives — Attach strategic initiatives to Key Results to connect execution work directly to outcomes
• At-risk alerts — Automated notifications when Key Results fall behind pace, so managers can intervene early
• Weekly digests — Scheduled summaries of OKR progress delivered to owners and stakeholders
• Reporting & export — Executive summary, team performance, and quarterly review reports with Excel export support
• EPMS integration — OKR progress surfaces alongside performance reviews for a unified view of employee contributions

Use case: A VP of Engineering sets a company-level Objective, cascades it to team-level Key Results, and each engineering manager tracks weekly check-ins — the hub surfaces at-risk Key Results automatically so the VP can course-correct before the quarter ends.
