The Reporting Channel Your Administrators Can't Read

Anonymous or confidential reports reach only a designated adviser panel — with two-way dialogue, statutory response clocks, and an auditor-ready register, on the platform your teams already use.

What Speak Up Does

Anonymous, Confidential, Or Open Reporting

Three tenant-configurable modes. Anonymous stores no identity — ever, on the case or any reply. Confidential shows the reporter to the adviser panel only. Open attaches the name visibly. The reporter chooses.

Reach Beyond Employees

A public intake page on your own web address accepts reports from ex-employees, contractors, suppliers, and applicants — the Article 4 reach an internal-only form cannot deliver. Rate-limited and always anonymous.

Two-Way Anonymous Dialogue

Reporters keep a one-time 12-character reference code — their only credential. The panel asks follow-up questions; the reporter returns with the code and answers, still without revealing who they are.

A Designated Adviser Panel

Cases are visible only to the impartial panel you designate, plus per-case grants for a specialist on one investigation. Business admins configure the channel and see nothing else — every case read is logged.

Statutory Clocks That Run Themselves

The acknowledgement window (7 days default) starts at submission; the feedback window (3 months default) starts at acknowledgement. Breaches alert the panel automatically — with category and reference only, never the report body.

An Auditor-Ready Register

Every disclosure ever received, with dates, status, outcome, and retaliation flags. Content purges automatically after the retention period while the register row an auditor needs is kept. Export requires identity re-verification.

Frequently Asked Questions

It implements the Directive's operative mechanics — acknowledgement within 7 days, feedback within 3 months, intake beyond current employees, a retained register, and retaliation tracking. National transpositions differ, so confirm your configuration (especially retention) with counsel.

No. Only members of the designated adviser panel, and people they explicitly grant into a specific case. Administrators configure the channel but can never open cases, and every read of a case body is itself logged.

At submission the reporter receives a one-time 12-character reference code — shown once, never recoverable. Entering it later opens the case status and message thread and lets them reply. No identity is stored, and a wrong code is indistinguishable from a right one.

Yes. Photos and files attached to a disclosure are stripped of location, capture time, and device data before they are stored, and no capture stamp is burned into the image. That stripping is not a tenant setting somebody can switch off — on this channel a photo must never hand the panel the reporter's coordinates. Attachments are removed with the case content when the retention period ends.

Yes. The public portal on your tenant's own web address accepts anonymous reports from ex-employees, contractors, suppliers, and applicants with no login — the Directive's Article 4 scope.

Survey feedback is a pulse channel — workload, communication, culture — read by HR with no legal clock. Speak Up is for protected disclosures, with a designated panel, statutory deadlines, a register, and retention rules. If it could end up in front of a regulator, it belongs in Speak Up.

Speak Up is an opt-in licensed app — included in the Safety & Compliance Pack and also available standalone, priced per operational seat (your adviser panel), not per employee. Reporters, including external ones, are never seats.
