• Pattern spacing is uniform across horizontal and vertical members
• Grille or muntin is centered within the IG airspace or sash opening as specified
• No visible tilt, skew, or offset is present
• Member intersections and joints appear consistent and properly seated

Retention and Fit

• Grille or muntin is securely retained and does not move when lightly tested
• No rattling, loose fit, or vibration is detected during gentle handling
• Retention clips, spacers, or attachment points are present and seated as specified

Cosmetic Quality and Visible Defects

• No scratches, dents, bends, or coating damage visible on grille or muntin surfaces
• No chips, cracks, contamination, or debris visible in the IG airspace or around the sash-mounted grille
• Color, finish, and appearance are consistent with approved sample
• No visible gaps, uneven reveals, or end-condition defects are present
