Inspection Scope and Baseline

• Platform name and environment identified
  Record the platform name, tenant/workspace, and whether this review covers production, pilot, or a regional instance.
• Review period documented
  State the reporting window used for the health check, such as the last 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Target user population defined
  Enter the number of intended active users in scope for this platform review.
• Success criteria or adoption target available
  Confirm whether a baseline target exists for active users, feature usage, or engagement.

Active User Adoption

• Monthly active users meet target threshold
  Enter the monthly active user count and compare it to the expected adoption target.
• Active user rate is within acceptable range
  Estimate the percentage of intended users who were active during the review period.
• Usage trend is stable or improving
  Assess whether active usage is increasing, flat, or declining compared with the prior period.
• Inactive users reviewed for re-engagement
  Confirm whether a list of inactive or low-usage users has been reviewed for outreach or enablement.

Feature Adoption and Workflow Usage

• Core workflow features are actively used
  Select the core features currently used by the target population.
• Feature adoption rate for priority features meets target
  Enter the percentage of users who used at least one priority feature during the review period.
• Advanced or high-value features are being used
  Confirm whether features beyond basic login and messaging are being used, such as workflows, knowledge articles, or analytics.
• Feature gaps or unused capabilities identified
  Document any important features that are enabled but not being adopted, and note the suspected cause.

Content Freshness and Governance

• Content freshness is within acceptable age threshold
  Enter the percentage of key pages, articles, or resources reviewed within the expected refresh cycle.
• Stale or duplicate content identified
  Confirm whether obsolete, duplicate, or conflicting content was found during the review.
• Content owners are assigned for key assets
  Verify that critical pages, knowledge articles, or templates have named owners or approvers.
• Review or expiration dates are current
  Confirm that time-sensitive content shows a current review date, expiration date, or next review schedule.

Engagement and Collaboration Signals

• Engagement rate meets target
  Enter the percentage of active users who reacted, commented, shared, completed a task, or otherwise engaged during the period.
• Two-way interaction is occurring
  Assess whether engagement is mostly broadcast-only or includes meaningful user-to-user and user-to-owner interaction.
• Search or navigation friction reported
  Confirm whether users report difficulty finding content, completing tasks, or navigating the platform.
• User feedback or support themes captured
  Summarize the most common user feedback, support tickets, or adoption barriers observed during the review.
