Roll Identification and Count

• Core, wrap, and end labels are intact and legible

Roll Condition on Receipt

• Roll packaging is intact and free from moisture, contamination, or transit damage
• Roll edges are even and not crushed, telescoped, or collapsed
• Core condition is acceptable and roll can be handled without damage
• No evidence of oil, stains, mildew, or foreign contamination

Dimensional and Yardage Verification

• Measured fabric width within specification
