Inspection Details

• Deal jacket identified by stock number, customer name, and deal type
• Review completed before funding submission
• F&I manager and billing clerk both present for dual review
• Inspection date and time recorded

Customer Identity and Deal Authorization

• Government-issued customer identification verified and matches deal documents
• Buyer and co-buyer names match all contract and disclosure documents
• Power of attorney, guardianship, or other signing authority verified if applicable
• Customer address, phone number, and email match across core documents

Required Forms and Signatures

• Retail installment contract or lease agreement fully executed
• Buyer order or purchase agreement signed by all required parties
• Lender-required disclosures, addenda, and notices signed and dated
• Odometer disclosure completed when required
• Credit application and supporting statements complete and consistent
• All signature lines, initials, and date fields reviewed for completeness

Disclosures and Compliance Notices

• Truth-in-lending or lease disclosure completed as applicable
• APR, finance charge, payment amount, and term match the final contract
• Optional product disclosures and customer elections documented separately
• Privacy, insurance, arbitration, and state-specific notices included when required
• Any adverse action, spot delivery, or conditional delivery documentation complete if applicable

Funding Readiness and Exceptions

• No missing signatures, missing pages, or unresolved document defects remain
• All exceptions documented with owner, due date, and corrective action
• Deal approved for submission to funding or billing
• Billing clerk review complete and reconciled to deal jacket contents
