Activity and Participation Trends

• Active member count trend compared to prior period

• Post, comment, or event participation rate meets benchmark
  Determine whether participation volume meets the expected benchmark for the community type.
• New member activation within target window
  Confirm whether new members are engaging within the expected onboarding or activation timeframe.
• Dormant or inactive member share
  Enter the percentage of members who have not participated within the defined inactivity window.

Moderation and Community Standards

• Community rules are visible and current
  Verify that rules, code of conduct, or participation guidelines are accessible and up to date.
• Moderation response time meets target
  Enter the average moderation response time for reported issues.
• Reported incidents resolved within SLA
  Confirm that moderation incidents are resolved within the established service level agreement.
• Evidence of toxic, spam, or off-topic content is controlled
  Rate the overall level of harmful or low-quality content visible in the community.

Leadership Participation and Visibility
