Enhanced HR Headcount Report — workforce headcount analytics with filters and visualizations
HR managers can now filter the headcount report by date range, location, and department to focus on the workforce segments that matter most. The report now includes rich visualizations — trend lines showing headcount over time, doughnut charts for workforce composition, tenure distribution and pay grade breakdowns, period-over-period growth metrics, and a recent hires table covering the last 90 days. A key insights summary panel surfaces the most important signals at a glance.
Use case: An HR director preparing a quarterly board presentation filters headcount by department and date range, then exports a complete report with trend charts and tenure data without needing a separate BI tool.
Available in: Analytics Hub → HR Reports → Headcount Report
Enhanced Turnover Report with Dimension Breakdowns — employee turnover analysis by location and department
The turnover report now supports date range, location, and department filters, giving HR teams the ability to isolate turnover trends within specific parts of the organization. Side-by-side dimension breakdowns display turnover rates by location and by department in a single view, making it easy to identify where attrition is concentrated. CSV exports now include all filter parameters and dimension data for further analysis.
Use case: An HR business partner investigating high attrition in a regional office filters the turnover report by location and quarter, comparing that region's rate against the company average in one view.
Available in: Analytics Hub → HR Reports → Turnover Report
Region & Employee-Type-Based Notice Period Policies — legally compliant notice periods for employee resignations
Admins can now define notice period policies scoped by country, region, and employee type, ensuring that employees are shown the legally applicable notice period when they submit a resignation. The system automatically matches the employee's profile to the most specific applicable policy — for example, a full-time employee in the UK sees a one-month notice requirement while a contractor in the US sees two weeks. A fallback default applies when no specific policy matches.
Use case: A global HR team configures distinct notice period rules for the UK, US, and India — employees in each country see the correct requirement during the resignation workflow without any manual intervention from HR.
Available in: Offboarding Settings → Notice Period Policies → Resignation Form
